Cupping creates negative pressure, which stimulates lymph flow and at the same time provides the skin with more oxygen. 5 minutes of cupping has the effect of about 20 minutes of connective tissue massage!

Application

At least 3 times a week, in the morning or in the evening. The cups are made of medical silicone, so they are hygienically safe and easy to clean. After each application, clean with a little soap under hot water and let dry.
